Music has always been a necessity, a ritual…
Music has always been
a necessity, a ritual…
Music has always been a necessity, a ritual… From an early age, the feeling of Argentina, of our popular music, united my family.
I sang and lived through song, songs were my life. Every weekend at grandfather’s home, I was reborn in every traditional song, in every word, with the joy of discovering what each song meant, for me and for others.
I sing because I believe in singing, in the words, in the need to communicate, because even in difficult times, singing sustains me, helps me and saves me. I sing because it connects me to something bigger, something sublime – it connects me with people in ways that go beyond the physical. It makes me speak, but it also makes me listen, reach, touch, and caress the soul itself. Singing is for me an open door. It is as natural as playing is for children – free, happy, a direct path to the hearts of other people.
Thank you for being part of this, and welcome to my website!
